1. Our company has set up a number of professional after-sales maintenance service teams with experienced on-site technicians and engineers to rush to the site for maintenance and replacement as soon as possible. 2. All complaints about product quality must be answered, and the handling measures shall be determined according to the situation of the complaint for maintenance and replacement. 3. Our company promises that all maintenance personnel will be on call to better solve problems for customers. 4. The expenses arising from product quality within the warranty period shall be borne by our company. Except for improper use by the client.

1. If the product quality problems (indentation, scratch, damage) caused by equipment failure cannot be solved, promise to return unconditionally.

2. If users have quality problems under normal use, please contact our company quickly within the warranty period to facilitate users to get timely services.

3. Under the following circumstances, we cannot enjoy the return commitment of our company.

a. The product has been used abnormally.

b. Handling, storage and humidity under abnormal conditions.

c. Unauthorized repair, misuse, abuse and alteration.

d. Damage caused by human or external irresistible factors.

e. Normal wear and tear of the product. f. Beyond the warranty period.

1. The mode of transportation, transportation and loading and unloading expenses shall be agreed by both parties in advance.

2. During the transportation of machinery and equipment, the damage and loss of accessories of machinery and equipment caused by transportation shall be borne by the transporter.

3. After all goods are transported to the location designated by the customer, the customer needs to assign special personnel for machine repair to be responsible for on-site assistance, and our after-sales installation team is responsible for installation and commissioning until the machine is normal. The customer provides accommodation arrangements or subsidies for after-sales installation personnel.

4. After all goods are installed and debugged, they can leave the site only after being checked and accepted by the customer.

1. The warranty period of equipment quality and performance is 1 year, calculated from the date of acceptance.

(1) Warranty period: free service. If the machine and accessories are damaged due to the improper operation of the customer, the Demander shall be responsible for it.

(2) Beyond the warranty period: lifelong service. After the warranty period, our company will provide customers with paid maintenance services, including fault maintenance and replacement of original accessories. Only cost will be charged for parts replacement, and relevant labor costs will be negotiated at the discretion of both parties.

2. After sales service requirements:

(1) After sales service response time: service personnel are in place within 24 hours in the province and 48 hours outside the province. Special circumstances shall be confirmed by both parties through negotiation.

(2) After the after-sales work, the relevant person in charge of the customer shall sign and confirm the service content of our company and evaluate the service content and service attitude.

(3) After passing the acceptance, if the customer fails to perform the agreement in accordance with the payment terms of the contract, our company has the right to refuse to provide after-sales service.
