1. The warranty period of equipment quality and performance is 1 year, calculated from the date of acceptance.
(1) Warranty period: free service. If the machine and accessories are damaged due to the improper operation of the customer, the Demander shall be responsible for it.
(2) Beyond the warranty period: lifelong service. After the warranty period, our company will provide customers with paid maintenance services, including fault maintenance and replacement of original accessories. Only cost will be charged for parts replacement, and relevant labor costs will be negotiated at the discretion of both parties.
2. After sales service requirements:
(1) After sales service response time: service personnel are in place within 24 hours in the province and 48 hours outside the province. Special circumstances shall be confirmed by both parties through negotiation.
(2) After the after-sales work, the relevant person in charge of the customer shall sign and confirm the service content of our company and evaluate the service content and service attitude.
(3) After passing the acceptance, if the customer fails to perform the agreement in accordance with the payment terms of the contract, our company has the right to refuse to provide after-sales service.
